JUNI @NLND (Neuland)
Our JUNI @NLND Campus is part of NLND’s 150.000 sqm innovation district catalysing industrial transformation. We partner with NLND (Neuland) to bring together industry and SMEs with universities, startups and government to create a European lighthouse project for AI, Deep Tech, Industry 4.0 and future city technologies.

Life Sciences Campus Berlin
The Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies, jointly initiated by Bayer and Charité, will be a unique hub within an inspiring biotech ecosystem. It combines a cutting-edge incubator with state-of-the-art laboratories and GMP manufacturing facilities, offices and communal spaces, as well as specialized mentoring programs to support every phase – from research to realization.
The campus is currently being built and scheduled to be opened in 2029.
